General Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date the customer receives the order and ends within the specified timeframe. Customers are expected to return the book within this period.

2. Membership Benefits: With a single membership, customers can rent one book per month. Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Book Condition: Renters are expected to return books in their original condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage or excessive wear may result in additional charges.

4. Shipping: A maximum of 1 shipments per month will be allowed.

Return Policy

1. Return Window: Customers have a specified timeframe (up to 30 days) to return the book after delivery. Charges will increase after 30 days.

Liability and Damages

1. Damage Charges: Customers are responsible for any damage to the book beyond normal wear and tear.
2. Loss or Theft: If the book is lost or stolen, customers may be charged the full purchase price.
3. Rental Charges: The minimum rental charge per book is ₹2 per day for 30 days, with a minimum reading period of 20 days and a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, an additional ₹3 per day will be charged.

Additional Terms

1. Sequential Book Rental: The next book will be provided only after the first book is returned. This ensures that customers can enjoy a continuous reading experience while maintaining a responsible rental process.
2. Late Fees: Failure to return the book on time may result in late fees.
